The visual reminder of my tracker, which I see multiple times a day, is not only a reminder and motivation/encouragement, but as the year progresses, it becomes a sense of accomplishment.
By tracking your habits on a visual tracker, your habits are front and center for you to see.
Each day that I'm successful with a habit, I fill in a square on my tracker, which I keep posted in the kitchen where I can see it every day. My tracker shows 6 months at a time.
I wouldn’t know my accomplishment and see my progress unless I tracked it. How can YOU make your life better? If you want a change in your life, you have to be willing to change.
