Was the food on my plate the culprit, or was there a more powerful villain lurking within my mind?
Today, I’m going to try something I've never done before because creating big plans hasn't been working for me.
For me, my health is my number one focus; the weight loss is an indicator I'm eating right for my body at this time. The weight loss IS a motivator for sure, but it is not my main focus...it is mainly a sign I'm moving towards optimal health.
My rising resting heart rate is like an alarm that alerts me to the poor environment I'm providing for my heart.
You must find a way to believe in yourself and harness your inner power, so you can traverse your way through the challenges of living a healthy lifestyle and come out as the person you want to become: healthy, at peace and free of the struggle.
